Comprehensive First Visit for Children,

Students and Seniors 65+ ....................................................$65.00

Follow-up visit – 45 minutes to 1 hour ...............................$60.00

Follow-up visit – 45 minutes to 1 hour

for Children, Students and Seniors 65+ .............................$45.00

Children 5 years and under ..................................................No charge when visiting the Centre,

                                                                                       regular fees apply for home visits

Special rate for Seizure Protocol - 9 Sessions

When visiting the Centre:

First session ...............................................................................$ 80.00

Sessions 2-9 ............................................................................. no charge

Seizure Protocol fees for home visits - each of 9 visits:  $10.00

Home visits are available for special situations: Regular fees apply plus $.50/km for 1-way distance

Cash or Cheque only - All fees must be paid at the time of the visit
